refunds / cancellations policy

We think you'll love your dwiss but if you change your mind for any reason after you've ordered you have 14 days to cancel.  Simply head to the Contact page and get in touch.  If your dwiss has been dispatched before the end of this 14 day period the returns arrangements as below are applicable.

On receipt, if you are not satisfied with your dwiss in anyway simply return it to us and we'll refund your payment.  Please head to the Contact page and let us know that you'll be returning your dwiss so that we can make the process as smooth as possible for you.  To accept a return and complete your refund your dwiss has to be back with us within 30 days of the delivery date and in 'as new' condition (it may be worth taking out transportation insurance as we cannot accept liability if your dwiss gets damaged or lost in transit).  If you're returning the dwiss because you've changed your mind then the transportation cost sits with you.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations where your dwiss has been personalised to your specific requirements.

If your dwiss has been damaged in transit then we apologies for the inconvenience.  But fear not - simply head to the Contact page, get in touch and we'll get a replacement heading in your direction asap.  We may send a replacement part if this is more convenient for you.  Please hang on to the packaging of your damaged dwiss so we can use this to help figure out what went wrong.  We'll arrange collection of the damaged dwiss / part and its packaging and cover all transportation costs.

If a dwiss has been delivered to you by mistake please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.  Please let us know via the Contact page and we’ll arrange collection at our cost.
